Extraction Process

ExcelVite employs Molecular Distillation technology to extract labile and highly valuable phytonutrients from palm oil. This extraction process allows ExcelVite to extract natural full spectrum palm tocotrienol complex (EVNol™), mixed carotene complex (EVTene™), phytosterol complex (EVRol™), palm fatty acid methyl ester (which is sold as renewable fuel – EVFuel™), and crude glycerin (GlyceRaw™) as co-products.
